Summary

The creativity gap in eCommerce

We’re all so obsessed with the metrics, site improvements and the minutiae of building an “Anychannel” business that sometimes we’re at risk of boring customers to tears.

Is it time to search for some creativity? Some enjoyment? Some passion in our digital and physical offerings? Is it time for an experience-lead offering and (frankly) can we afford it? Can we afford not to?

If you really, truly care about the longevity of your customer relationship then come and focus for a while with us on your “why?”

Consider your customers’ view of your own differentiation. How can you bring this to life in digital and tie into stores if you have them.

Over a private dinner we’ll discuss:

  • Balancing creativity with commerce
  • Can we find a way to live the brand outside of the commercial pressures?
  • Great innovation we love
