Chris has always loved the outdoors and all sport. When not working, Chris can be found coaching age group rugby or riding bikes and walking his dog with his family.

Mark has worked for Ellis Brigham for 26 years, across a number of roles from in store management, to area manager, moving into retail operations heading up HR and Health and Safety for store teams. He now holds a wider operations role spanning the EB Group which comprises Ellis Brigham, The Snowboard Asylum, Outsiders Store and their wholesale distribution channel Wisdom & Effort, as well as managing the Ellis Brigham and TSA digital teams. As a result of this experience he has a comprehensive knowledge of the entire operation. In addition to his work with Ellis Brigham he has a past within the music industry and is an active part of the Birmingham music scene running a small record label, events and producing and creating his own work as well.
