As digital reaches its tentacles out across every business, so some of the most ancient and unresolved departments need to get their house in order. Welcome to our “Product” special community conference.

At the front end, product imagery, video, descriptions, pricing are more vital than ever in the search for traffic, site engagement and conversion. Beyond the housekeeping of improving this content, there are greater challenges and opportunities stemming from new search platforms (including the social engines), AI and automated content creation tools, and users expecting greater context.

Every time a consumer sees those beautiful product videos on Paul Smith, Arket or ao.com we are trained to expect better quality across the board, and as “product fit” tools can finally prove a drop in returns - there is a light at the end of the tunnel to profitability for many eComm leaders.

A senior leader with significant experience in multi-channel retail, consumer electronics, technology, media and telecoms. Experienced in large scale, consumer facing UX, Design and Product Development and Agile / Digital Transformation.

Fabrice has a passion for customers and end users, past achievements include delivering emerging technologies and customer propositions at EE, Virgin Media, Sky, Now TV, Sainsbury’s and Matches Fashion, before joining Selfridges in early 2020. Fabrice grew up in Montréal, lived in the South of France and then studied Journalism in London.
