Brand Commerce Conference
Hotel Café Royal, 10 Air St, Soho, London W1B 4DY
London
Summary
London 2022
As every online business matures so the relationship between the commercial teams optimising the channel for commerce, and those marketing teams focused on reinforcing the brand is starting to truly take on new meaning.
Every brand-owner we talk to is starting to consider their online uniqueness, whether through homepage design, layout, changing up the PLP or integrating new content formats that allow them to better reflect the brand. Now that stores are back in play we also hear a lot of chatter about the true meaning of customer experience across the channels, with brands talking about their store staff being brand ambassadors – and being vital to the success of the digital channels.
In many ways we’ve seen newfound maturity coming for a while. In 2022 our ”Brand Commerce” event series discussed the following topics:
- Balancing transactions & brand experience
- Content at scale
- Design for Brand
- Digital Brand storytelling
- Digital merchandising (pricing & content)
- The impact of ”Fit” and returns on brand experience
