Our private dinner was for leaders facing this challenge, of blending a brand message with the logistics of great customer service - both online.
We invited you to come and talk in a Chatham House environment with your peers, to share and learn from one another about how to use the latest generation of tools that take the hard work out of running an eCommerce business, without spending too much on the technology itself, but instead using the new SaaS-based platforms to drive online business growth.

Silvia Azzali, born in 1971, was appointed as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Wolford starting on 1 November 2019. Her term of office extends until to 31 December 2024. She was promoted from her former position as Global Sales & Merchandising Director at Wolford. In this role she is responsible for Sales, Digital,Merchandising, MPA, Design, Brand, Marketing, Licensing and Collaborations.
In 2011, Ms. Azzali joined Wolford as Managing Director for South Europe and moved on to Head of International Wholesale. She left for Ermanno Scervino to serve as its Global Retail, Online & Franchising Director (2016-2018). Before returning to Wolford in January 2019, she worked as Head of Global Retail & Franchising with Moschino.
