Summary

Earning the next purchase

As we enter Peak for consumer businesses, most are focusing on accelerating digital across every sector as this year’s events place businesses in highly pressured situations.

The only way to come out of this emergency profitably, is to start everything with your customer at the heart… earning the right to the next purchase at every opportunity.

Our morning workshop helped to re-focus. Across every sector - how can your digital business help to earn customer engagement, trusted contact, repeat ordering and ultimately an ongoing relationship.

PastriesDelegates networkingDelegates networkingAudience at a Commerce Futures conference.

Topics we discussed:

  • How are you measuring customer trust?
  • Does engagement and interaction (repeat purchase) automatically enhance your brand?
  • How do you communicate pricing changes to repeat customers, do you or they expect consistent pricing now?
