Summary

Delivering in 2021

2021 has seen a shift in focus to our homes, with many of us looking for a complete home refresh or just improving our home offices to make the “new norm” of working from home more comfortable.

From bookshelves to new sofas, those in the homewares industry know how amazing for business the demand increase has been but, coupled with the grueling new-found pressure from our customer’s delivery expectations, some have struggled to keep up. How do we deliver in all areas I hear you say? Well, hopefully we have answers for some of you.

Our Home & Garden Dinner - Delivering in 2021 edition, was focused to give our digital savvy guests the opportunity to network, learn from one another and gain some top tips on how to improve on topics such as; improving order management, delivery tracking systems, preparing for PDS2 movement and post purchase up selling.

At our exclusive dinner, time was dedicated to digital leaders to discuss and share viewpoints on a number of key areas;

  • Improving your order management and delivery tracking systems
  • How we can prepare ourselves for the PSD2 movement
  • Capitalizing on post purchase up selling
  • Successfully translating in-store customer experience to online UX
