Anca is an award-winning engineering leader with extensive experience in tech, specializing in building and scaling diverse global teams. Anca works on spearheading the creation of future-ready IKEA stores through innovative engineering solutions. Anca's focus on agility, simplicity, and cutting-edge technology is driving IKEA's transformation into a leading furnishing retailer, aiming to make products and services accessible to people worldwide.

Beyond her professional achievements, Anca is actively involved in mentorship and diversity programs, empowering women and girls in technology.  Anca has been recognized as one of the top 100 Women in Tech and received the Digital Transformation Leader award in 2022. She is also dedicated to building a "Women in Tech" community in Sweden.

Jonas is passionate about business development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and developing people and teams. Jonas believes in failures is a must; “if we don’t fail, we are not developing fast enough, taking chances, and learning”.

Prior to joining Sif Jakobs Jewellery, Jonas was Strategy Director at Danfoss responsible for strategy, M&A and business development for a global division. Jonas also has a background as strategy consultant from Accenture.

Jonas earned a MSc in Economics from University of Warwick, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Southern Denmark.

With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, Tina has a knack for making complex technical topics easy to understand, and she loves nothing more than sharing her knowledge with others. She's known for her infectious energy and passion for all things tech.

In her current role as IT Director at Sinful, Tina is responsible for managing a team of developers and engineers who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Her team has been instrumental in carrying out the digital transformation, and they're always looking for new and better ways to do things.

Besides working, Tina loves to travel and explore new places. She's also an avid reader and enjoys getting lost in a good book. But no matter what she's doing, you can bet that technology is never far from her mind.
