Summary
Time to look forward again
Time once again to think hard about the future state of your business. Where would you like to be in 5 years? How will you expand internationally? What mix of digital, direct and other revenue should you be aiming for?
Apologies - no preamble this time. Commerce Futures is back in Copenhagen with an agenda to settle in, make friends and to build our community. We want to help leaders in brands take a step back, and share both experiences and plans with their peers - thereby stimulating fresh thinking along the way.
Our scope for our breakfast on 15th of November, is the future 18 months from now, the future you can influence by your choices now. We will talk about sustainable growth, resourcing, technology choices and your own team - just in time for that all important budget sign off for 2024.
We will discuss as a group:
- The elements of the future within your control
- Your priorities - do they align with your peers?
- Realistic & ambitious goals - shall we share?
