Grocery Dinner
Piccolino, 21 Heddon St, London W1B 4BG
London
Summary
A flexible approach to loyalty
Loyalty has been re-defined in Grocery in the last 24 months. From cost-of-living pricing, inflation, supply chain and omnichannel shopping, the sector has been spinning around trying to deal with myriad issues whilst customers continue to “flirt”.
Whilst value for money may be a leading purchase motivator for many customers, fluctuating concerns over sustainability and brand purpose can’t be ignored.
What’s the answer?
As almost every store owner has announced revised rewards programmes in 2023, every single grocery product owners are responding by shifting to 1st party digital spend so as to build direct relationships with consumers. Will either of these pay back in better consumer engagement we wonder?
Join us in London this July, to discuss how brands can keep up with customer fluidity. You’ll gain exclusive insight into the challenges that your peers have faced, and how they’ve faced up to the challenges at hand.
Over dinner we’ll be discussing:
- Brand or supermarket - who are grocery customers really loyal to?
- Value Vs Product - what matters more to your customer base?
- Sustainability and ethics - how are you evolving to match your customer’s values?
