Summary
Create, segment, publish, purge
Delivering live content globally to segmented audiences (at speed) across different channels – sounds complex before you've even started thinking about creation or optimisation right?
Content teams are under increasing pressure to be more efficient in production, but equally the technology arms race to serve content securely and at speed is on - as is the challenge to make that content bespoke, personalised and "live".
With promotions needing to start and stop with precise timing, each region needing specific content, and most tech stacks unable to deliver on these ambitions, the relationships between front-end teams, content creators and those running the (increasingly complex) digital infrastructure needs to be better.
At the dinner we looked to help those tackling the new world challenge, talking about speed, security, agility and content ROI.
Over the course of the evening we debated:
- How to prioritise the work needed to make content creation faster
- The manpower needed to purge and serve "Live"
- The realities of technical content personalisation at scale
