The title “Changemaker” is becoming increasingly aspirational across retail. Amongst the challenges and opportunities that it creates, there is an overarching desire within brands to lead industry change.

From the threats posed by macroeconomic and demographic shifts to the technological advancements shaping what brands can deliver, the latest change is always around the corner. What drives us is our ability to adjust to, get ahead of, embrace and create value from what is almost constant change and evolution.
