Redefining Brand
Cafe Louise, 155 Bd Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris, France
Paris
Summary
Where the purchase happens
In 2023 luxury purchases shifted location. The multi-brand retailers selling luxury brands faltered (and some failed), whilst brands themselves demonstrated an increased confidence to engage in an online transaction - with some really focusing on this channel.
Whilst the boutique will always be the safe place for luxury, online is increasingly a comfortable place, and for the consumer a trusted shopping channel - provided the purchase feels safe and secure of course.
Our brand dinner will focus on the final transaction for luxury goods online. How the shopper buys and how brands can focus on that final moment of purchase to give the customers the very best experience.
Over dinner we will debate:
- Boutique experiences, enticing customers online and in-store
- Balancing exclusivity and growth
- Shifting Luxury Demographics, adapting digital strategies to meet evolving expectations of the luxury consumer
