How Primark are using digital to drive retail footfall
Despite fears over the high street’s long-term prospects, retail stores have had a transformative eighteen months, with many brands celebrating an incredible Christmas season. Armed with data driven industry insight and innovative advancements in retail technology, in 2023 should brands be prioritising their in-store offering?
At the envy of retailers is Primark, who have impressed their customers, and competitors, in evolving their digital capabilities to improve the in-store experience. With every digital launch centred on driving customer engagement, Primark are carefully tracking customer response on their test and learn digital journey designed for longevity.
For Primark, adopting digital is not to abandon retail, but to increase footfall to stores through detailed customer data, improved efficiency and more memorable experiences. MACH architecture has propelled Primark’s digital customer interactions, enabling the brand to launch their in store stock checking function and trial click and collect, bringing more customers in-store with every digital launch.
This May, we’ll be hosting an intimate dinner in London where we’ll be discussing Primark’s success in introducing digital, and how large retailers can move quickly in handling technology advancements whilst staying authentic. Over dinner we’ll discuss:
- Propel your in-store experience with digital tools - how brands can use digital to increase retail footfall?
