Dinner

January 26, 2023

Summary

Earning customer loyalty through interaction, integrity and experience

Earning your customer’s loyalty is more important than ever. Beauty brands are not just up against their competitors but face their customers becoming more conflicted about how to spend their beauty budget.

The key to ensuring that they choose, and continue to choose, you? Trust.

Sustainability and inclusivity have become key influencers in purchasing decisions and can make or break your customer’s trust if done insincerely. Don’t fake it.

Start the New Year with insightful discussions at our upcoming Beauty Dinner, and leave feeling informed and inspired to earn your customer’s trust through memorable experiences and shared values.

Over dinner, we will debate where in the customers' journey the “trust points” are, and how to improve them. These will earn their trust and retain their loyalty.
