Dinner
September 28, 2022
Summary
A dinner for those craving growth amid constant change
Large organisations globally are in a race to change faster. At last there is now an appetite from leadership to embrace change, to be constantly alive to new opportunities and to empower teams.
Still - as this shift occurs there are challenges. Leaderships have retained much of the old “command and control”, slowing down progress whilst also creating frustration. Meanwhile, skills in the new technology driving agility are in short-supply, whilst the old cultures around “Black Box” outsourcing development still remain.
Our dinner will allow leaders to come together and debate the relationships business needs to have with the technology ecosystem - within the business and with the supplier and vendor community. How best to close the skills gap whilst taking advantage of the new MACH technology, and where to invest to drive quality at speed - truly empowering teams to drive optimisation without getting in the way.
Over dinner we will debate:
- Enhanced skills models and blended inhouse v outsourced models
- MACH stack as the ambition - how fast can you get there?
- Customer-first technology - is that aim simply enough?
