AWS: Reinventing Without a Roadmap
London
Dinner
July 21, 2021
Summary
How to transform without a clear route in mind
We feel it too - the pace of change is faster. Does that mean the roadmap is concatenated? Or is it time to think again and plan in shorter cycles with maximum outputs - only looking so far ahead until the path starts to make itself clear? We executed a "gloves off" chat about the need for a roadmap and its place in the transformation process - our Chatham House environment for execs of all disciplines promised inspiration, insightful discussion and support from peers.
This event was complimentary and was in a Covid safe setting: It was a small intimate hybrid event for industry leaders. All government and safety regulations were in place. Those who were unable to travel to London, joined us virtually from the comfort of their own home!
In our ‘hybrid dinner’ – we invited industry peers to participate in a facilitated discussion regarding:
- What drives the roadmap today? If not business strategy then what?
- How will you bring fiduciary accountability to a more fluid plan?
- How often do you review / learn & amend your new roadmap currently?
- Who is involved here? Is this just for Finance & IT?
